Control “online” for the prevention of legionella in a large shopping center
Stenco manages the control and treatment of the hygienic-sanitary program of the 12 cooling towers of a large shopping center with more than 15 million customers per year. The Program is based on the monitoring of the installation of water for the telematic management of the circuit, having reported savings of more than € 30,000 / year derived from the “On Line” management of the System. The benefits obtained have been thanks to optimizing the purge regime and avoiding uncontrolled overflows, with lower associated water consumption, automation of the ion exchange resin regeneration, reduction of maintenance tasks by the shopping center personnel, measurement continuous disinfectant, centralized control system and continuous data logging, etc.
