Adaptation of wastewater pollutant discharges
Stenco studied the problem, designed, built, commissioned and carried out technical and preventive assistance of a 250m3 / day industrial wastewater treatment plant for a customer of the automotive sector, which poured its water into the public waterway. The effluent to be treated had a high average contamination of 3,500 mg / l of COD and 300 mg / l of MES / SS. After the treatment consisting of a homogenization pond, a biological reactor, a decanter with sludge recirculation and a deodorization due to the proximity of houses, the quality of the purified waste complied with the requirements of the Hydraulic Administration with values lower than 130 mg / l of COD and 15 mg / l of MES / SS.
