Stenco carried out a project, supply of equipment, commissioning and maintenance of a reuse system of 65% of the water initially purified with an evaporator equipment from a hospital waste treatment process with high organic pollutant load in solvents and COD. Through the study a reverse osmosis system of 9,600 l / day double pass and active carbon prefilter was designed. With the implementation of this solution, it meant optimizing the maximum use of the aqueous waste effluents produced in the process, reducing water consumption, the discharge rate and the environmental impact of the discharges to the receiving environment.
